If you have just entered online marketing business industry you have likely felt that search engine optimization (SEO) is somehow difficult to understand or define. Search engine optimization is the process of optimizing your website content on all pages and posts but not only. It can be applied via many ways off the site itself. Keyword research and SEO aims to get your webpages and posts on the top page of google’s organic results for your chosen keyword terms and phrases.
Next we will see what do these 2 categories of SEO entail: Onsite and Offsite.
Onsite Search Engine Optimization Internet Marketing Techniques
In order to have a good chance to rank on top page for your post you need to apply on your post the next search engine optimization steps:
Not all online business entrepreneurs use search engine optimization techniques to drive more free traffic to their websites and posts. That means that you can take great advantage of this fact and start incorporating this procedures to your regular online marketing plan.
There is a multitude of search engine optimization techniques that most of the successful online business managers use regularly. Off site SEO is the process of creating an increasing number of high quality one way back links to our sites that will help us rank higher on search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing and others.
These strategies include the following actions:
1) Writing and publishing unique articles on the top article marketing sites – directories
2) writing and publishing Press releases on press releases sites
3) finding relevant blogs in your niche and leave comments on their posts (wherever is allowed include your main keyword phrase in the name i.e when the blog uses keyword/comment|LUV)
4) Creating videos and uploading the on the top video sites like Youtube, Metacafe including your URL in the description
5) Creating profiles on niche forums and start engaging with similar interests people, reply to their questions or ask a question. Include in your signature your anchor text which will be nothing else but your main keyword linking back to your website
6) Bookmark your content on Bookmarking sites like Digg, technorati
7) Add your blog’s RSS Feed to feed aggregator sites that will create deep backlinks for every single update you make on your blog.
Search Engine Optimization Tools
There are many online marketing tools that help your SEO. If you run a wordpress blog there are plugins you can upload to your site that will take care a great part of your blog’s search engine optimization needs. The two that I use and that I plan to keep using are these:
1) “All in One SEO”
All in One SEO plugin that allows you to set the metadata for you main URL and all your pages and posts. It is also free.
2) SEO PRESSOR
SeoPressor is an advanced and not free plugin that does wonderful work when it comes to help you provide content that is already very appropriate and eligible to rank very high on Google. After installing the plugin on your blog and while you are composing your post and saving the draft versions, the plugin will give you real time suggestions on what you need to do in order to achieve the highest success level (%) of SEO for your specific post.
In more detail it tells you that you have to include your targeting keyword in your hi,h2,h3 tags, it will italic, bold and underline your keyword for you and it will remind you to include your keyword as an ALT text in the picture that you will upload. It will also remind you that you need to link to one of your other pages or posts on your blog and it will show you what is your keyword’s density so you are 3%.
Well it does not get any easier than that, I have it installed here on my new blog and I am getting organic traffic from Google and other search engines for all my published posts already. My posts are being found by people who type my chosen keyword phrase on google search and they land on my website
This is great news for a newly launched site.
You can take a peek at this search engine optimization dominating SEOPressor Plugin HERE. After examining how important is the search engine optimization online marketing aspect for your business you can decide if this tool is worth your one time investment.
The truth is that every website owner dreams to increase their free organic traffic from google and stop buying traffic but not all make it finally. What do you think they miss…?

I am still new to WordPress. So you are suggesting these two plug ins the “all in on SEO” and “SeoPressor.” Can I get just one or the other or would you recommend getting them both? Also are their any more free plugins that I need to get?
It’s true that people, with a little time, could learn the basics of SEO and apply it to their websites. Some people need to realise this and stop being fooled by some of the horrible SEO companies!
